Tired Hands Frequency Illusion: Pinot Noir Sour x220811 partnering up with Bakunin BreweryFarmhouse Ale Saison 7. 5% ABV Commercial Description: Frequency Illusion; Pinot Noir is built up from a base of German Pilsner malt, raw white wheat, and British malted oats. It was hopped with a judicious dose of Pacific Jade from our friends at Freestyle Hops in New Zealand, and primary fermented in a large French oak foudre with our Magickal Saison yeast. Refermented on quite a lot of biodynamically grown Pinot Noir from our buds at Johan
