In silver gilt with blue and white enamels, bearing three Gold stars on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 38. 5 mm (w) x 58 mm (h), intact enamels, traces of gilt remains, large rosette on its original ribbon with pinback, near extremely fine. Footnote: Order of the Three Stars is the highest civilian order awarded for meritorious service to Latvia. It was established in 1924 in remembrance of the founding
