A Rare High Command Badge for Distinguished Foreigners consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Weidenbach and rose to Captain(HJ Ehrenzeichen fr verdiente Auslnder). Constructed of gilded and silvered bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse bearing a central oval white enameled medallion, situated within a brown enameled ring bearing a gilt inscription of HJ, overlaid by a silvered German national eagle clutching an enameled HJ insignia, flanked by oak leaves, the reverse with three visible rivets securing the obverse applique in position, with a rectangular plate
