Aromatic and long, with an astonishingly long finish and a salty sensation on the finish. Fine, pointed, elongated format, higher than wide, testifying to the crystalline terroir. Dominant light colours: white, light, reflection, brilliance, grey dry stone. The fabric of the wine is very fine, taut, the surface shiny, the thread very precise. The salivation is therefore very fine, slightly sandy on
