Use your Chile Peppers right away, or freeze them to enjoy later. Chiles are available in bushels (approx. 20 lbs.) and half bushels (approx. 10 lbs.) Smaller "starter size" packages and freeze dried peppers are available in store only. Because we roast fresh green chile, our supply will vary
