Oaxacan Black Clay (Barro Negro) Vintage Fish Whistle tiny canister for amusing catsI'm a big fan of sculptural whistles, and think this is a pretty great one. Handmade in Oaxaca, Mexico of black clay it features incised details for eyes, scales, fins, and a sort of a sun pattern at the center of each side. And it makes a great whistle by blowing into the large hole on its side near the tail, with the hole at the end of the fin functioning as a modifier for the pitch. 7" long x 4" wide x 2 1 2" tall and in great vintage condition.
