Created in the shape of a domed ball, 67 old cut blue sapphires ranging in size from 1. 8 mm to 2. 5 mm each, are seen throughout. All set in warm 14 karat rose gold, the sapphire blues combined with the rose gold work together perfectly. While they came to us as you see them today, we believe the balls themselves started their lives as an element of another antique piece.
