Approximately 19mm long x 10mm wide x 3mm thick (hollow) with 3mm loop at the top

Looks as if this is a fragment of a larger pendant that has been attached to a piece of coins silver. Looks like one of three of the Brahmanical Triad Gods, maybe Vishnu.
