The palate is lively and full of flavour with notes of citrus, brioche and creamy texture from extended time on lees balanced by crisp, refreshing acidity on the finish. Enjoy with prawn and avocado cold rolls and dipping sauce, tempura prawns or tofu and kale filo parcels.
