I kind of like the directness of just taping a photo of one’s sweetheart to the back

They are in good vintage condition

and the hand-written two-sided cards--accounting for every month and possibility for how the dates fall--are easily removed

Badger Hair Paint Brush vase with pipe perhaps it was once partI found this beautiful badger hair brush at the estate sale of an artist who had a gorgeous studio stocked with highest quality supplies for work in most every medium. From what I understand the softness and lightness of badger hair makes it especially useful for blending and softening edges in paintings, and badger brushes are especially suited for painting on glass and ceramic. I'd love to see this one put to good use, but would myself just be happy
